The most famous of Sir Charles Leonard Woolley's excavations at Ur was the Death Pit 1237. In fact, he found many death pits, but none quite as captivating as 1237. Generally speaking, death pits referred to tombs and sunken courtyards. They were connected to the surface via a shaft and when they were discovered there were a lot of artifacts that came with them. Headgear, jewels, other body adornments, etc.

The Death Pits were said to be the sole possession of one person, with their servants and other notables buried with them. When it was time for that person to die, the Death Pits became spots of mass human sacrifice. The main person was decked out in all sorts of decorations, more ornate than any other person who was laid to rest in their pit.

Such is the case of Body 61. Body 61 has yet to be identified was buried with many of her own. The secret that will never be revealed is that Body 61 was more than just a dying royal. She used the soul energies of those who were buried to be transformed into one of the immortals, shedding her human skin and taking her true form.

This piece has seen Death Pit 1237, which was the death for some, but for Body 61, it has given eternal life.  This energy will allow you to travel to the realm of the immortals, the governing body of every magic that exists.  You will be able to call upon any of the immortals for their powers and abilities when using this piece because it will render you as their equal.
