From the Pentagon: Remote Viewing

Did you ever really just wish you could be a fly on the wall?  Maybe you want to catch your partner cheating?  Maybe you want to be able be able to hear what people really have to say about you?  Maybe you simply want to travel back to your favorite part of history to see how it really went down?  Whatever the case may be, I have often desired to exist as a third party, fly on the wall.  The technical term that we are going for here would be remote viewing.  This is exactly what this piece does for you.  It allows you to leave your body and exist, in soul form, as a third party where nobody will be able to know that you exist.

These powers were afforded to us by somebody who works at the Pentagon that we often get pieces from.  This piece was created as an accomplishment of several project all ruled into one including the Philadelphia Experiment, Project Montauk, and MK-ULTRA II.  It was sent to Area 51 for a little while to be experimented on by extraterrestrials that are working with humans.  It was then returned to the Pentagon and put in a classified file.  Long story short, we are declassifying it for one lucky person, that is whomever takes the first steps in making this piece theirs.  This allows you to exist as a "fly on the wall" in any situation you choose.  It can be past or present.  It won't work with the future, because the future hasn't happened yet - unless you have a frame of reference for a future event that you have already visited.

To make this piece work, you will simply sit in a dark room and project the thoughts of where you want to travel to into your immediate reality.  The energies of the place will eventually take over and you will find your self totally encompassed by the place you wish to travel.  When ever you are ready to return, just send the mental images to the item.  It will pick up on this message and see to it that you are returned safely.
