Papa Legba's Crossroads

It's hard to say exactly what Papa Legba is.  Is he a god?  A demi-god?  An immortal soul?  Whatever he is there is no doubt whatsoever that he is extremely powerful.  He is the doorway between humanity and the ethereal loa that exist in the realm after this one, called Guinee.  The Loa are the Voodoo spirits who grant powers and magic to the mortals that petition them.  Papa Legba is the gateway through which these requests travel through.  He stands at the spiritual crossroads and gives permission to speak with the spirits of Guinee.  He speaks all human languages.  He is the great elocutioner and facilitates all magic that is passed between Guinee and the mortal realm. 

This piece is costume jewelry but has been empowered by a Haitian witch who is very powerful in the Voodoo that she practices.  You cannot see them because they are not visible to the naked mortal eye, but the stones that make up this necklace are inscribed with that summons Papa Legba and pulls him through into the mortal realm.  The only thing that is missing is the mortal energy to activate the spells.  You are the one that is going to supply that when you wear this piece.  When you wear this piece Papa Legba will come to you in spirit.  You may or may not be able to see him, but he will be there.  

You light a candle and state aloud the spells you wish to cast using Voodoo magic.  Legba will facilitate the opening of the crossroads and will send your spells to the appropriate Loa who will cast them for you with 100x the potency and accuracy as if you have cast them yourself.  You can use this piece to cast just about any type of spell-- love, wealth, healing, protection, sex, rebirth, fertility, spirit summoning, portal opening, just not immortality or death
