Tepes Bloodline Resurrection

This is a very powerful, but very simple to use item.  All you have to do is wear the item and the metaphysical powers will spill forth.  This ring holds a microscopic drop of Vladimir Tepes' blood.  This was found during an investigation in Romania.  I was put in contact with somebody who had this blood by a customer of mine from when I used to work at RadioShack.  He is Romanian and I used to always joke around with him and tell him he was a vampire.  Little did I know that he would come in clutch later on.  I mean, he really has connections.  I found out that despite the fact that he was always looking for a bargain, he is actually a millionaire many times over.  When he had me over in his Transylvanian estate, he rolled out the amenities.  It was extremely lavish.  I'm guessing this is how he has connections-- power through wealth.  

Anyway, this piece holds a drop of Tepes' blood and when you wear the ring, it will resurrect the bloodline of Tepes.  He holds one of the most ancient vampire bloodlines on Earth.  They existed on the waters, in spirit form, before the Earth was even created.  They've evolved since then and they have learned to take mortal forms and blend in with society.  However, they are very powerful vampires, indeed.  Vladimir Tepes was especially powerful.  When you wear this piece you invited the spirit of Tepes into your body.  You will resurrect his soul and his bloodline into your own body.  This will bring about a sanguine awakening that will instill sanguine abilities into your body.  You know the ones-- mind control, sanguine psychic awakening, shapeshifting in astral form, the ability to cast blood spells, the ability to mind control and mesmerize, etc.   You will also gain Tepes as a mentor or you knew powers, who will communicate with you in telepathic form.
