This piece is a bone relic that contains the bones of one of the true Salem witches. I'm not talking about the hokey ones that live their now that try to cash in on the horrific deaths of some people who weren't even witches, to begin with. I'm talking about the actual Salem coven, most of whom were never even caught. The witch trials were stupid and fake, most of them. They were done base on some spoiled little girl who had a runaway imagination. However, this doesn't mean that the witches didn't really exist. They were just smart enough to get away when they started seeing other people persecuted for witchcraft.
The Salem witch that the bones in this bone relic once belonged to immigrated from Britain to the United States because the people in Britain were on to her. She is one of the original founding members of the Salem Coven but was never one for coven life. I mean, she participated in callings in spell casting and stuff like that, but she was always sort of alone. This is because the power that she practiced was far more powerful than that of the other witches. Her powers came from an ancient Celtic Coven, but she just never really spoke about it for fear that her original coven might be turned over to the authorities. In modern days, you still have those who claim to be witch hunters, so even these days it is better just to keep your mouth shut about things like that.
You would have thought the witch was immortal with as many years as she was alive on Earth, but she was just ancient. Eventually, her skin got really papery and she began to fall apart. Her body disintegrated, but her bones remained. Her bones were carved and made into this relic that you see here. There are 16 bone fragments and for each fragment that is on this piece, the witch will grant you one power. This power will stay with you forever, as long as you maintain ownership of this piece. In order to gain a power, you need only wear this piece. There will be a bond that is developed between you and the witch. You will ask her for the power that you want and she will grant it to you. There are very few limitations on what she can and cannot grant for you. I can literally count them on one hand. Everything else is yours for the taking. Once you have made your decision on which power you want per which bone, that power is yours forever, there is no going back. Choose carefully, and enjoy!!
